Emarine, Peschici

Emarine is a modern residential complex found along the beautiful Vieste – Peschici coast surrounded by the greenery of a lovely pine forest.

Recently built, Emarine offers spacious, comfortable apartments around 650 metres from the sea, all of which have a veranda and a reserved parking space.

Additional fees to be paid on site:

- Final cleaning €28 per apartment;

- Utilities: electricity, water and gas €16 per person per week;

- Bed, kitchen and bathroom linen are not available;

- Holiday card: from 02/06 to 15/09, €30 per person per week for adults, €13 for children 3-10 years of age.

This card includes a shuttle to and from the beach, beach service with an umbrella and two sunbeds per apartment, use of a swimming pool with sunbeds and umbrellas, weekly theme nights, use of tennis courts, a football pitch and a swimming pool for children, a bowls court, ping pong and a small gym;

- Colour television rental €20 per week;

- Security deposit €100 per apartment;

- Cradles for children 0-2 years old available on request for €36 per week.

- Three room apartments for 5-6 people consisting of a living room with a kitchenette, a single bed, a sofa bed for two, a double bedroom, a bedroom with twin beds or bunk beds, an en suite bathroom, a veranda and a parking space.
