The Hotel Villa Cannizzo is found in Modica surrounded by the beautiful oasis of the Sicilian countryside.
The hotel is a typical 19th century Sicilian residence that was recently renovated respecting the timeless architecture. It is currently owned by Marco and Maria Stefania Cannizzo, great grandchildren of the original owners.
Located just a short distance from the historic Contea di Modica in the heart of the Sicilian Baroque Val di Noto, this hotel is ideal for a relaxing holiday at the sea and visiting the towns of Agrigento, Syracuse, Mount Etna and beautiful Taormina.
Guests have access to a garden full of palm trees and olive trees where they can relax and unwind.

The hotel has three types of rooms available:
- Superior Suites, which have three rooms (2 separate bedrooms and an en suite bathroom) with pitch stone floors, floral motifs and period furnishings.
- Double Rooms decorated in a simple and elegant style with terraces and verandas, internet access, a safety deposit box and an en suite bathroom with a hairdryer.
- Triple Rooms are decorated in a country style with a welcoming atmosphere.

The Villa Cannizzo Restaurant is an old stone building that was recently renovated, ideal for hosting a wide range of events.
Guests can relax and enjoy typical Sicilian cuisine. A different atmosphere can be created for any event, such as banquets, private parties, lunches and dinners.
The restaurant can comfortably accommodate 70 people and is surrounded by a beautiful garden and extensive parking.
