The Residenza Hotel Residence is located in the heart of Messina in a lovely historic building close to the most famous theatres, the exhibition centre and the main services found in the city centre.

Ideal for short or long stays, it provides comfortable and welcoming accommodation to those travelling on business and who often find themselves away from home.

The residence includes 40 elegantly decorated apartments, a lovely roof garden, and fully equipped conference rooms suitable for any type of event.

Our professional and attentive staff, along with the high quality comforts provided, make for a pleasant stay ensuring our guests enjoy complete tranquillity.

The reception is open Monday to Sunday from 8:00 to 20:00.

Take the A18 Catania – Messina motorway to the Messina Centro exit. Take Viale Europa, turn left onto Via Cesare Battisti, and then turn right onto Via XXVII Luglio; the hotel is located at street number 115.

By train

From Messina Central Station, take Via Guido delle Colonne, turn onto Via Giuseppe la Farina, head down Via Tommaso Cannizzaro, turn left onto Via Centonze, and then head right on Via Nicola Fabrizi. Take Via Ghibellina on the left, turn right onto Via Ettore Lombardo Pellegrino, and then right again onto Via Cesare Battisti until reaching Via XXVII Luglio (40m away on the right).
