We really enjoyed staying at The Abitalia Tower Plaza. Helpful, friendly staff. Lovely breakfast. Swimming pool was a nice treat. We based ourselves in Pisa, walked to the local train station and had lovely days out to Florence, Torre del Lago/Viareggio and Barga.

I think the hotel was very nice and for the most part the people/employees were helpful and customer driven. One improvement you could make is your internet connection services. We could not access the internet in our room. We asked for help but front desk people did not know how to help us. I would recommend an easier and friendly system, flexible and it does not have to be one code per person as nowadays we all have different internet divices such as laptops and smart phones/ipod/touch ipod and others. Many people have more than one divice so one password should be fine. I hope your hotel does well as I think you are offering a very good service in Pisa with hardly any competition so do not fall asleep just keep getting better and better.

El hotel esta a 1400m del centro y solamente hay una linea de bus que para y no va al centro por lo que tienes que pedir taxi o ir a pie. El desayuno buffet es regular por lo que es el hotel, no tienen mucha variedad de productos y la limpieza de las terrazas es mala. Por lo demás el hotel está muy bien en comparación con lo que hay en pisa. Recomendable

Restaurant von der Küche her zwar ambitioniert, jedoch noch verbesserungswürdig.
Zimmer sind super, Hotel ebenfalls. Frühstück reichhaltig und lecker.
