Nei servizi, per lo più la cassaforte si incanta spesso, l' apertura automatica delle porte delle camere alcune volte non funziona. Ciò detto, il personale è sempre intervenuto efficacemente.

Der Empfang an der Rezeption war sehr karg und forsch.
Das Restaurant (wir haben ein Nachtessen eingenommen) war viel zu wenig geheitzt. Das Menu war super! An der Innengestaltung des Speisesaales würde ich persönlich die Region Bologna viel mehr zeigen. Der Saal wirkte sehr kalt:
