Il "Suite Hotel Elite" si trova in via Saffi 40, a soli 4 numeri civici da un hotel omonimo, il "Grand Hotel Elite", via Saffi 36. I 2 hotel non appartengono alla stessa struttura.
Il numero verde del Suite Hotel Elite al quale ho prenotato non era attivo. Ho inavvertitamente telefonato al Grand Hotel Elite e sono stata trattata in modo alquanto scortese.
Vorrei solo sottolineare al Suite Hotel Elite che il loro numero verde non e' operativo e che la scortesia dell'omonimo hotel non aiuta i clienti ignari del fatto che si tratta di 2 strutture distinte e separate.
Il mio giudizio del Suite Hotel Elite e' ottimo.

Tutto sommato mi sono trovata bene anche se mi aspettavo un po' di più. Non tutte le stanze e bagni sono rinnovati e quindi dipende un po' da quello che capita. Per il parcheggio? Il bordo strada. I famosi materassi con sistema memory? Non ne ho vista l' ombra. In ogni caso l'hotel è abbastanza vicino al centro. Per chi non ha problemi a farsi un paio di chilometri a piedi è una buona soluzione. Altrimenti ci sono sempre i mezzi pubblici.

Problemi di connessione internet poi risolti, problemi con il phon poi risolti, la camera è stata rifatta solo nel tardo pomeriggio ma hanno tirato su le lenzuola lasciandoci dentro un hard disk di 20 cm (quindi visibile) ed un giornale!! La terrazza era sporchissima. In compenso lo staff era molto cordiale. Rapporto qualità prezzo spropositato rispetto ai servizi in generale. Non ci soggiornerei ancora.
